Our Saved Progress is missing (PS5 Split Fiction)

We've logged in to play split fiction and are being prompted tO start again . We've played before , the saved data is still in the storage of the console. Tried restarting , but the data and the game...

Same problem, only with xbox

bledrol really? For Xbox, they work a bit differently. You can uninstall the game, remove your Gamertag from the console, then log back in and download it again, and since it is cloud-based, it will sync when you load up the game.
