Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you are running into with Immortals, When you have a moment can we try the following?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

Damn this is why i hate these type of Computer generated reply's, THE Game Just does not work, crashes every time i start it up, What a waste and it is not my computer as just finished Horizon Hidden west on Full graphics and that ran like a dream, Also Jedi Survivor ran well too. So if it was MY COMPUTER don't you think these wouldn't Run/Work at all. Jeez stupid reply's hahaha Also Steam users are having The same problem and the Deleting the P3 folder don't do nothing, most are just saying its a bad game release.
shame as this game looked quite good But i guess its another Rushed out title to make money of us idiots lol
Well uninstalled and forget i guess shame as it looked really good.
