(PC) Saved Bug no longer able to load

Hello everyone. I would like to contact you because I have to podcast your game this Saturday. Unfortunately, for the past 8 p.m., as soon as I launch the game, my save is no longer recognized when I launch the game even though it appears in my local files. Could you help me so that my experience is not ruined? I was over 11 hours into the game (well into Act 2). Thank you for taking the time to answer my request. Kind regards, Jalma

    Would it be possible to get a bit more information?

     

    • Platform (or client):
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    As agreed, the answers requested:

    • Platform (or client): Steam, i play on PC
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): No EA ID required for Zau when you have steam. My account steam is: Jalma
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... : Not possible. The save is no longer seen by the game. Unable to load the save
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file : the file is attached to this answer

    Hi @Jalma007, Thanks for this! To confirm do you get an error when you try to load the game, or the save slot is not showing when trying to load a save?

    Also to check did this first happened before or after patch 1.1?

    Hi,

    Indeed, all the save slots are empty when I launch the game. My save is therefore not detected. Surprisingly, the "continue" tab appears in the game menu. My game is up to date so the problem occurred after patch 1.1 following a crash on my PC.
