- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): No EA ID required for Zau when you have steam. My account steam is: Jalma
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... : Not possible. The save is no longer seen by the game. Unable to load the save

Hi @Jalma007, Thanks for this! To confirm do you get an error when you try to load the game, or the save slot is not showing when trying to load a save?
Also to check did this first happened before or after patch 1.1?
Hi,
Indeed, all the save slots are empty when I launch the game. My save is therefore not detected. Surprisingly, the "continue" tab appears in the game menu. My game is up to date so the problem occurred after patch 1.1 following a crash on my PC.
