PLEASE GİVE ME BACK

I bought the split fiction game and returned it. I want to buy it again, but it has not been deleted from the library. When I start the download it says I need to buy it again.

    What happens if you just try to purchase it again rather than downloading it? Also, you could try speaking with support at help.ea.com in case they can assist you.
