Thank you all for your messages, those will be passed on to the team ASAP! 🙂

I want to send out a quick reminder though, too, that the holidays are around the corner. That means I can't give you an estimate about how long it will take. I know it's frustrating to be unable to get your hard-earned trophies so thank you all for hanging in there while this is being looked into!
