I have the same problem also on PS5. As OP described, It was inside the area to get the trinket. I was doing wall jumps on the water fall area to the far left side. The entry into this glitch area is at the top of the waterfall. it is not possible to get a video unless I start a new game and play through act 1 and that would be time consuming.
Same here, while It was my last trinket before getting my 100% 💀💀💀💀
