(PS5/PC) Immortal of Aveum Lash anchor not working

Lash anchor not working, chapter 10, while chasing the hand of sandrakk. On a ps5. Have restarted chapter. Have powered off ps5. Please help.

Hi. 
no prompt. I try jumping and hovering closer but it doesn’t prompt a lash.
