(PS5/PC) Immortal of Aveum Lash anchor not working

Lash anchor not working, chapter 10, while chasing the hand of sandrakk. On a ps5. Have restarted chapter. Have powered off ps5. Please help.

Did this happen or continue to happen after the patch that was released today? 

If so, would it be possible to get a clip of this?

@EA_Illiumfor me it is still happening on PC, but on a different mission, on EXILE, while trying to Enter the Archives, so I am soft locked
