Re: A way out invite not working (ps4)

So this game caught me and my friends eye specially since it seemed like a bit of a selling point that only one person has to buy it then can invite a friend to a free version to play it with them. Well my friend bought it 3 days ago and every single day she tried to invite me but it just continually says can't connect to ea servers. I check server status all 3 days and it seems fine. Help or refund.

    Hi @aa0g0wdbu0lv Can we start with the following steps?

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Verify you signed into your PSN account
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
