Hi Everyone, 

If there is an email address you want to use on a new EA account that is already tied to an existing EA account, you will first need to sign into the older account and update the email address to something else. You will then be free to use the email address on your new account. 

You can sign into your EA account at help.ea.com then select the "Accounts" option and then "Change Email" option
