@TCWarrior20 Hey, sometimes when a game purchased has not been fully completed in the system, it can give that error. For example, when you make a purchase, if that purchase on our end is stuck in processing or a pending state it can prevent you from downloading it. You may have been charged on your end but through the system, it simply didn't complete.

This is not always the case for this error but in most, it is the cause. Can you log into profile.ea.com check all transactions and make sure the purchase logs show that the game purchase has been completed in your EA Account logs?

    Like really I pre- Order this game back in April and your telling me even though i got charged back then, that I CAN"T play the game day one, but all the top streamers got to? what is this man i put my hard earned money towards this game it was a Birthday present for me knowing that the game didn't come out for a while, even told my small yet mighty community how excited i was to share this adventure with them. this is not right at all how can you hold it for that long?
