As you have purchased (twice) from a third party we can only suggest you attempt to get a refund for the unused purchase.

Because of your Team i did it.... Did I get any help here, or is it done, that because of your wrong answer of your colleague in support, I lost my money `!
Can I expect any solution here or maybe an exuse that your colleague just * me up ?!

As above, we cannot refund purchases from a third party and contacting them for a possible refund is advised.
Ah and is okay, that your colleague lied to their customers...?!
I bought a new one, because your colleague guaranteed me, that the code is invalid...
So its okay, that such colleagues cheating customers !?
