I am trying to download it from EA Desktop
EA_IlliumHi @dailydance1o1 Perfect wanted to make sure we were on the right client, Do you try to install by clicking on the game in the Game Pass app or just launch EA Dekstop and try to install from there?
We may need to try App recovery, and restarting the app to see if this continues. You can see these options, by selecting the three lines in the top left of EA Desktop > Select Help > you should see these options.
Hello @EA_Illium, I have been trying to launch it straight from the EA desktop although I have tried to download it on the Xbox site and it directs me to the EA Desktop. I have tried doing both those things (App recovery and restarting the app) and yet nothing seems to work!

HI @dailydance1o1 Can you try putting your device in a Clean Boot and seeing if you continue to get that message?
Ok, so now the problem is worse. I have done the clean boot exactly how Microsoft said and now whenever I launch the EA Desktop app it says "Something went wrong and the service failed to start."

"This game is unavailable. You are not eligible to play this game."
I have not been able to fix this for ages. same

I want to upgrate my ps4 version of it takes two game to ps5 version, it is a problem, and see purchase error "you can't buy this product right now".
Unless Is not this game free upgrate to ps5?
Please help me
