Re: it takes two: restricted access???

Hey @pookiepupsik,

Could you share a screenshot of your error code? Sometimes seeing them visually helps give a better idea of what the exact problem is.

    @pookiepupsik,

    No worries, cheers for that! I see that you're playing on Windows, but are you starting the game via the EA app, or what launcher are you using to play It Takes Two?
  • I have tried both launching it through the EA app and through the Steam app

    @pookiepupsik,

    Well, if you play via Steam and have both installed, could you try the following:

    1. Make sure you have the right Steam account linked. (You can check that here.)
    2. Clear the EA app's cache. (Find out how to do that here.)
    3. Repair the game via Steam (Verifying the integrity of the game cache). Just in case there's a file that's damaged or corrupted, and getting in the way of you playing.
    4. If neither of those two fix your issue, then can you try a clean boot? Just in case there's any background programs that are causing you issues.

    It doesn't strike me as an account issue (despite what the error might say); I assume you're playing on an adult account?
