No worries, cheers for that! I see that you're playing on Windows, but are you starting the game via the EA app, or what launcher are you using to play It Takes Two? I have tried both launching it through the EA app and through the Steam app

Well, if you play via Steam and have both installed, could you try the following:
- Make sure you have the right Steam account linked. (You can check that here.)
- Clear the EA app's cache. (Find out how to do that here.)
- Repair the game via Steam (Verifying the integrity of the game cache). Just in case there's a file that's damaged or corrupted, and getting in the way of you playing.
- If neither of those two fix your issue, then can you try a clean boot? Just in case there's any background programs that are causing you issues.
It doesn't strike me as an account issue (despite what the error might say); I assume you're playing on an adult account?
