Can we give the following steps a try first?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
Thank you for your help, but despite following the step by step it didn't work and the game still won't start. What can we do, is there any other solution?
