Re: (PS5) Pre-order bonus not showing up

I do have the Soulshifters comic on the game's main menu (screenshot attached).

I've also included screenshots of my current Journey (from within the game), and my current save from the Load Game screen.

I have now played enough to have collected 2 Shaman points, but I should have 4 since I did not receive the 2 bonus Shaman points.

Hi, I also have not received the skill points for the pre-order bonus.

I see “Soul Shifters” on the top screen.

I got 4 skill points for playing normally.

A screenshot is attached.

I played to the point where I opened the first gate using the new save data and it added 2 sherman points.

However, the points were not added to the first saved data. Sad😉

But, This is the solution to all the reservation benefits.

I also started a new game on Save 2 and right after getting past first key door and speaking with Kalunga, the game granted the bonus Shaman Points (I went from 0 to 3).  This did not happen on my first save, and the bonus points have not been added to my first save.  

I'm already on Act 2 of my first save, so I don't think I'll be starting the game over.  It looks like I won't have those bonus Shaman points on my first save, which is disappointing but at least it looks like they will appear if I ever get a chance to replay the game from the beginning.

Glad to hear it did grant it on another save file. The Shaman points should be available on any future saves you make. 

While I understand it's frustrating about the first save, we have passed this on to the team to be aware of. If we get any additional updates I can share them here in the thread.
