When you talk to the Count, he'll ask you to find Count Shmoo III

Instead of agreeing to find Count Shmoo, choose all of the dialog that says "Give me the finger now" until he whines, gives up and finally gives you the finger. When you return Count Schmoo to the Count, he'll be ecstatic and since he already gave you the finger, he'll give you a card as a bonus.

I think the other cards in Threedom just naturally come by the storyline and finishing the sub-quests. If you got this one and still have 7/8, let me know and I'll try to figure out where I got the other ones.

Because I like to pick trollish answers in story games like The Walking Dead Telltale Games, I did the spoiler. 😃

I think the devs want people to sometimes troll the NPCs in their games. lol

I got 8/8 cards in Threedom. However, I can't exactly remember where I got them as I was basically speedrunning the game while getting all story pages, cards, and completing all side-quests as quick as possible. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
