Hi @CamitoT To check do you have any of the following software running on your device?
- Anti-virus
- firewall
- VPN
- Anti-cheat
- Proxy settings (If so Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
If you have the above can you allow EA App through them or try to temporarily turn them off to see if this keeps happening? If so can we try to clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
The only sort of anti-cheat I had on was for Riot games and when I turned it off the issue still persisted. I also checked to make sure I didn't have any of the others listed. I cleared the cache, and when I tried to reopen the EA app itself instead of the games it says that I need to login online to sign in offline, which was a message that I had gotten before. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app, but that also did not solve the issue.

HI @CamitoT Thanks for checking that, can we try the following steps if you have not?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the client
I tried both of these processes. The first came up with no issues found that might be causing the problem. The second did not help either as when I launched the EA client in the clean boot the same issue arose with it failing to say that I am online or connected to the internet.
