Do you have 2 cards @midohelali? Do you know how to set up a player profile in case your "bad" card is selected by default instead of the gaming card? 

Unfortunately , I don't have , but if you have 2 cards  (1XIntegerated 1XGaming) then you could change it by Clicking right click on the game you want to play , then choose your GPU, that's the only thing I know.

Try to update the K-Lite Codec pack if you're still having trouble @midohelali. You might also want to try the solution here as it helps with launching issues.

We will need a Dxdiag after that to check what is happening.

I'm going to try Updating K-lite Codec , and here is the DXDIAG

Unfortunately , updating the K-Lite Coding didn't make any changes , the game is making fun of us , NOT WORKING

Yes , this is a bug , I can play ARK Survival Evolved , Pes 16 , and I can open Fifa 15 and Fifa 16 , what's wrong now

The DxDiag your provided shows the following:

     Display Memory: 1632 MB
   Dedicated Memory: 0 MB
      Shared Memory: 1632 MB

Also your drivers are from May 2015 - Try to update your system by installing all recent Windows Updates and the most up to date drivers.

My dedicated memory on Windows 7 was 64mb , and windows 10 is 0mb , how is that , if the fault is from windows 10 , then , the game should work on Windows 7 65mb dedicated , right ?

You could try to start the game in compatibility mode @midohelali. It may run like that.

But in all honestly I have no idea why the DxDiag shows 0 MB since you're using Windows 10. ☹️ Maybe try running the DirectX Diagnostic tool (See the official Microsoft help center : Run DirectX Diagnostic Tool).

I don't know , when I was using Win 7 , my dedicated was 64mb , I think windows 10 is making damage to the game , I hope I can find another PC to test on it

Had a quick look , the simple answer appears to be below spec 

Your video card is Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 and if you look at this link  the game requires a Intel 4400 or better
