Split Fiction Crash + Lost Progress

I was playing Split Fiction and I had just completed the side story Zoe's Notebook and the game crashed and it completely corrupted my progression and my ~7-8 hours worth of gameplay is gone and I'm not sure how I can get it back or if there's a way to just select the chapter I was on. When I load up the game right now it treats me as if it's the first time loading up the game despite me having multiple achievements and like 9 hours on the game
