Split Fiction crashed and wiped my save data

On release day, Split Fiction crashed my whole pc after 2.5 hours. When trying to restart where we left off, we were shocked to discover that our save data was gone. The only option available was to restart from the beginning which we refused to do. Thankfully we were able to refund the game on Steam due to game breaking bug of wiping save data. We refuse to restart until there is a confirmed fix for this horrible bug.
