Community Managerreverbc There have been random reports, but as of now, nothing is active as far as an issue. Is it just local or does it happen when you are online as well?
I’ve only tried the local mode because I only have one device (Xbox Series X) that can play the game :(
My partner & I bought a series X this weekend just for this game, haven’t even been able to make it past the opening scene. I finally saw a cab pulling up before the game crashed. This was after hard resetting the system & reinstall. Tried on multiple accounts as well. All other games work just fine so I don’t think it’s our Xbox or internet.
This is continuing to happen, I see it’s also happening on PS5 as well.
From the limited gameplay we have managed it’s a good game, but it is unplayable in its current state.There needs to be a solution to this so far the game has crashed 25 times and 8 of those it has caused the series x console to shut down so clearly there is an issue.

Oripower PS5 is being looked into. For PS we need the error codes to check and see what is happening on the players end.
For Xbox, though, that is different. We need the Error you get - if you get one when it crashes. There aren't as many Xbox crashing issues as there are PS issues that I can seee.Any advice on how to obtain the error code from Xbox if there’s one? From my playing experience the game simply crashed without any information or error showing, not to mention sometimes the entire console crashes.
