Community ManagerOripower PS5 is being looked into. For PS we need the error codes to check and see what is happening on the players end.
For Xbox, though, that is different. We need the Error you get - if you get one when it crashes. There aren't as many Xbox crashing issues as there are PS issues that I can seee.
There is no error code. Ours crashed and erased alllll of our progress. We have sunk hours into the game and it’s all gone. What is going on?
