Split fiction PS5 Error 102-40050000
Hi , I’ve received this error and it doesn’t allow me to play split fiction online in my PS5. May I know how to resolve this ?

Got mine working after I logged into my EA account through the EA website (i checked a few account settings which triggered a double authentication).
Not 100% sure on this method, maybe it needed a recent login to activate it for server play or something. Regardless, afterwards I could play online with my Xbox (cross-play with PS5 friend).

Community Managernatle0 That happens with a lot of games. It is an authentication into the account and syncs up with the EA servers. The same thing happens when you haven't logged into your EA account in a while, and the system makes you reset your password. Glad to see you were able to get in and play!
