Stuck trial a way out

Why a way out stuck in trial?

I allready suscribtion ea play but my game (a way out) still trial mode

I allreay reinstall 2x and restore licence, but nothing happen. Still trial version

    Hi @ProPlayerIDN If you navigate to your collection do you see a different version of A way out listed for download?

    If not can you try to first...

    • Uninstall
    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence

    Then reinstall the full version of the game and check if it prompts to purchase.

    At first I subscribed to EA Play, then it expired and after that I tried using the trial version. but apparently it can't be used in the game (a way out) so I subscribed to ea play again, but still the trial version can't be changed to the full game version

    I have the same problem, tried everything nothing helped, wanted to hunt the trophys but i can’t witch the friends version.

    I havr the same problem! I reinstalled it , i am on pc not a console what to do??
