the game just will not launch

so I click on the game to play, the mouse has the loading circle attached so something is happening and then it just refreshes the EA app and that's it I cant even open the game, I am playing on very high spec (rtx4090, i9-13900k) I don't know if that's an issue for it but I cant even play it/ any solutions?

    I have now tried all of these. I had done the repair game before this message but have done again just to be sure but its still the same issue . I have looked online and seems to be a problem other users have with high spec pcs there were a few videos on YouTube where you can change certain settings within the files of the game but I've never had to do that for any game before. kind of annoying as I've spent money on a game I cannot play.
