Please fix this problem, and if there arent players give the game FREE.
FREE TO PLAY, and this game will be a success, because is so funny but is useless if there arent players.

What region are you and what time of day do you play? Do you have cross play enabled?
In Europe it is generally fine during the evening. Sometimes you might wait a bit but often the games come pretty fast.
I do agree though it feels like the game is needing more players for consistent matchmaking. A few times during the day I have to give up trying.
Would love to see this game free in PS Plus one month. As it is crossplay that would benefit all platforms and really help the long term success of the game potentially. People are more likely to buy on other platforms if their PS friends are having fun with it so they can play with them. Win win.
I play in Europe, from 8pm, and no players.
When you do "PLAY NOW", you play with BOTS.
To play with players you have to click matchmaking and after arena manually.
Play now is a cheat from developers, because this game is empty.
Just now, 10 minutes and no players.
Yesterday after 1 hour i did only 3 matches, and the team and enemies were the same, same players all 3 matches, maybe only us in the game.

I think you play on PS4, Cross play is not actived of default.
You play via origin but for no reason at all you've included steams poor userbase which only reflects your cluelessness in regards to this amazing game.
