Unfortunately I am still running into this issue. It's a really odd issue as the game itself runs perfectly fine everywhere, as I can explore all currently open regions in the game, but the moment I interact with the ley line to Kalthus, a few seconds into the load screen with the kalthus region image (a frozen region) shows up, the game closes and the UE-P3 error shows up.
Tried today again but to no avail. I am more than willing to try other solutions if there are any, I was enjoying the game quite a lot and it's a bummer that I can't get to play the rest of the game :/
