Unable to craft 2 health packs in the forge

Since the echollector update I can no longer craft 2 health packs in the forge. I’ve played this game for 760 hours, given it only takes about 15 hours to complete, it’s safe to say I have memorized the game. I love this game! Now about the health packs, is this a bug or a new reality? I preferred having 5 health orbs over the current 4. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled. I have started over 3 times. I buy 1 health pack and 1 mana pack and then the packs category is empty.
