Unable to Play It Takes Two Online (PS5)

Question

After I press X on the Play Online option in the main menu of "It Takes Two" I am shown these messages in this order:

1. Connecting to EA servers

2. Authenticating

3. Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check you internet connection and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.

Result Code: 103-40010000

I would greatly appreciate help with this. I have been unable to play this game online for the past month. I was only able to resolve this issue one time, after I deleted and reinstalled the game. That has not worked again since.

@Quiet_Kow&nbsp;If you are still running into this issue, try the following below to see if you can clean up the console and get rid of any corrupted data.

Manage your downloadable content (DLC) on PlayStation
Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely &gt; Turn off the console &gt; Wait 30-60 seconds &gt; Restart and Relaunch)
Verify you signed into your PSN account
Check for updates
Restore Licence
Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
Open your PS5 NAT Type
Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)&nbsp;

As a last step, enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database.

Thank you for your help. I tried the listed suggestions and I am still running into the same issues. Whether or works or not is still inconsistent and it is still unclear what the cause is.&nbsp;
