[Under Investigation] - New game plus not working

So I tried to play the new new game plus mode on immortals of aveum I have the game 100% done and have everything in the game and wanted to start the new game plus but it shows a red line saying I cannot, I even tried selling all my items and having only low level items and it still didn’t work I am on ps5 so I’m not sure what I could do to fix it

    We're aware of some players experiencing an issue accessing NG+, and are currently investigating.

    If you restart checkpoint it removes the red lock and then new game plus works. At least it did for me. Unfortunately you lose whatever process you made in the epilog.

    Yes I do know I figured that out 10 minutes after the update came out literally tried everything possible I just didn’t want to have to refind all the chests

    same here, ive completed base game, and new game+ is locked, also when i speak to zendara, to start the echollector, the cutsene quits the game to main menu,
