@Azatum Hey, what system are you using? If you're on PC, you might need to update your graphics drivers.
https://help.ea.com/uk/article/finding-devices-and-updating-drivers/
If the issue persists, can you post a link to your dxdiag?
https://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
Thanks.
I am running Windows 10 on my PC
I did Update my graphics drivers, but the issue persists.
Below i attached my dxdiag

@Azatum Hmm, does it crash at any point? You might want to try installing/uninstalling the K-lite codec pack as described in this article: https://help.ea.com/en/article/common-gameplay-issues-and-workarounds-for-unravel/
If this has no effect I'd try restarting your system with a Clean Boot next.https://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Thanks.
@EA_David It doesn´t crash really, it just doesn´t go further. There is no crash report
I installed the K-Lite Pack but nothing happened, so i did a Clean Boot like it was described and nothing has changed at all

I see you have the Windows N version.
Did you install the media player separately ?
Hi @Azatum
Install this Media Feature Pack... is for Windows 10.
Restart your machine.
Then go in Origin / My Games-right click on the game icon Unravel select Game Properties, tick disable Origin In Game and everything will be fine.🙂
@yahel_1 I am Sorry to say, but nothing has changed...
I already had the Media Feature Pack you mentioned
best regards

Could you check for any critical events: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/critical-events/
Hmm... @Azatum🤔 you have almost the same video card like me and i think you need to try this
Removes drivers http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD
-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx Now use driver detect tool http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-
tool Then reinstall updates drivers (crimson 15.12) http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Restart your machine.
Tipe and search "cnext" in your Windows bar.Now duble click on AMD SETTINGS.
Now in the upper left corner on AMD RADEON SETTINGS you will see ,,Gaming'' press on it.
In the upper right corner you'll see,, Add' -'click / -select ,,Browse'' and choose a game to Add -UNRAVEL
Now you see your game UNRAVEL in RADEON SETTINGS, presses the 3 points next to UNRAVEL and select PLAY to start your game. From there you can change your video settings for UNRAVEL.
NOTE if your issue persist clear Origin cache and for this you get a perfectly detailed post from @EA_Nils >> http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/my-origin-will-not
-update-my-sims-4/m-p/4721983#M163410 Now i would suggest you to perform a Clean Boot. In this case, they can be eliminated as the source of the problem http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-yo

Hey, I had this same issue and it took me 2 hours to figure out how to fix it.
So the first thing I did was I right clicked on the desktop shortcut for Unravel > Properties > Compatibility > Checked the box that said " Run this program in compatibility mode for:" > Selected windows 8.
Next, I went to Origin > Right click Unravel > Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options > Command Line Arguments > "640x480". I did this so I could change the resolution of the game. Once the game opened (successfully) it was super tiny and hard to read. From there I pressed "esc" on my keyboard went to graphics, then changed the resolution to the resolution of my computer screen. And then it was fixed! Hope this helps 🙂
* After you adjust the resolution in game, you can go back to the Command Line Arguments and remove the text (it won't change anything but you can remove it if you want).
