why does my ea app does not enable in game pass

i dont know why my game pass does not give me the accebilety i wwaant to play with my friend a way out but i cant help please

Hey there, 

Are you having problems adding the friends pass for A Way Out on your EA app? What happens when you try to add it to your library?

    i want to install it in game pass but said failed connection or ur internet is not good but i did do my ea account to xbox but he said failed to connection

      Ok so it sounds that you're having problems linking your EA and Xbox accounts, is that right? If that's the case, please take a look at this article:  Linking your platform accounts to your EA Account.

      If you're still having any issues, please provide a screenshot of the error.
