Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

Ah the title says, i have downloaded the game but i am unable to play it for the 10h trial. I've subscribed to EA play pro.

And if I try to download it via Steam, it asks me to pay for EA Play a second time.
