Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

Hello,

I purchased EA Play Pro on EA App, and current I cannot play wild hearts trial, I don't know what is happening.

Can EA check and fix the problem? What I did is: pre-ordered the Karakuri edition on Steam, log in to EA App with my Steam Account, Ordered EA Play Pro. I don't know if others have the same problems if they did the same thing as me.
