Can’t play It Takes Two Online on switch

Hi, pretty much self explanatory. I haven’t been able to play online with my couple :( It’s the only reason we bought this game and it sucks. We both keep getting the same error: 105-80190000, even though we are obvious connected to different networks. 

We’ve tried clearing our cache, restating the router, syncing the clock via Internet and nothing seems to work. I found an old thread where the OP managed to solve the problem by changing the public IP address but they never explained how they did this :(  Help is really appreciated

    I just got off with chat support. 
    All they did was send the troubleshooting article links which I had already tried and I also mentioned other things I found on Reddit, nothing worked.  

    Then the guy said it was a bug to which I replied that this issue has been reported over two years ago. How and why is it still a bug.  He couldn’t answer that.  I asked what’s next.  He said “keep an eye out on the official channels”.  What this means, I don’t know.    

    If the game doesn’t work on the switched why are they selling it?  He couldn’t answer this either, just said he would give the feedback to his manager.   Chat ended. 

    Good luck, because I don’t know what else to do.
