Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

Same issue... guess I shouldn't have paid for the more expensive Pro option eh?

      @EA_Pythia I have EA PLAY PRO with EA DESKTOP and i cant play.
      This service is a shame.
      PS5 players are playing from already 17 hours, steam from 2 hours, and we with ea play pro with ea desktop we cant play.

      @EA_Pythia There is no so-called trial version at all, and PlayPro cannot start the game. We don't want to accept an apology, only that the trial period is extended until the full game release
