Wild hearts bug stuck out of map

Hello there! I was normally playing the game until this happened. I loaded my save and I found my self stuck in an out of map area which seems to be a “pre developed map” and can’t do anything or play the game. I can only just run arround. I can’t use the map using the touchpad so I will fast travel, I can’t join someone’s invite, I don’t even have hp bar. 

I am explaining a bit more through a video I uploaded to my YT channel where I am explaining some informations more, as well as giving you the whole image on where I stuck and what’s going on.

My user name is xRyu in Wild hearts game.

My psn game tag is HotN—Spicy

this happened 17.6.2024 arround 14.17pm and 17.00pm

I am a ps5 user.

steps I tried

Cleaned Ps5 Cache/rebuild the data

Getting invites from a friend to see if I can join his world and fix the problem

Redownloaded my save from ps cloud several times

Deleted the game and redownload it again 

started a new game and reloaded the save which I got stuck.

thank you for your attention and I hope you can do a hot fix on this. I understand the game has been abandoned quite a bit but I still have hopes! Had a nice day.

    Hey @SpicyBL 

    Thanks for the additional information!

    To confirm we can pass this on to the team to be aware of, however unlike a live game such as Apex Legends or FC Ultimate Team we cannot make remote changes to the local save file. 

    So if a fix could be implemented it would need to come in a potential update. 

    For now, if new saves do not have the same issue we may need to play on the newer save to continue enjoying the world of Wild Hearts.

    Apologies for missing this, it's an interesting situation. 

    To check are you playing with any mods? 

    If not do you know if this continues on an older save or a new save?

    Hello there @EA_Illium  and thanks for replying!

    To your question, I am playing with no mods and I don’t think that’s possible on ps5.

    as about the save, currently I have 2 saves, one is my older save (which is the one that has the bug and needs fix and I have my most valuable things) and a second one that is newly created and plays normal.

    Now, the old save (with the bug which is still there and I am still trapped) the characters name is xRyu

    and on the second and new save, the name is Spicy.

    Making it clear in case you have a way to fix this and you confuse the saves.

    Hello @EA_Illium  

    Because I know an update will never happen simply because the player base is almost nonexistent and for one person, for sure won’t happen (meaning me).

    Game hasn’t received an update since September 2023 so I truly doubt it.

    Now, as far as I can understand… It’s finished, I lost my save. Is there anything you can do to help me in any way like maybe send me via online ways since your system receives data from us players and I suppose you can give too, to send me at least few talismans that I had on my main save which got bugged? Everybody knows that the most important thing about this game is the talismans because it’s fully RNG, rest can be done step by step. Please is there ANY way besides waiting a “potential” update which you pretty well know, won’t happen… To get these talismans I had back by mentioning you values and names of those? At least my most rare ones. That’s all that matters to me, not the ACTUAL save.
