[XBOX] Last Leaf - can't pull the lantern

Hi,

I am stuck on the Last Leaf level of Unravel.  I tie the rope to the lantern at the beginning of the level and cannot pull it more than 2-3 steps.  I then have to untie the rope and re-tie it to the lantern and again, can only move forward 2-3 steps.  This is extremely frustrating as it is taking forever and I cannot pull the lantern over snowy hills that appear later in the level.  Please help!  Not sure if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong.  I've watched a number of walkthrough's on YouTube and nobody seems to have similar issues...they just easily pull the lantern across the snow.  Thanks!

    Sounds like a bug.

    Can you just not pull ? 

    Can you maybe record a video of how you do it ?

    That link doesn't work for me.

    It does sound like a bug though.

    I'll check if one of the CM has an idea or if it's a known issue. I've never heard about it though

    That is correct, my lantern certainly does not act like that on the link you provided.  I'll convert my video from my Xbox One onto YouTube and share it with you over the weekend so that you can see exactly what I mean.

    Here is a longer clip.  You can see that I keep pulling the lantern but cannot make it more than 2 - 3 steps before I need to untie and then retie the rope.  Then again, I can only move forward 2 - 3 steps.  Let me know what you think and thanks.

    @EricConQueso Thanks for the video, that is odd. I'd like to start with some basic troubleshooting. Can you start with a full restart of your console? That involves holding the button on the front of the system until it beeps and shuts down. 


    If this has no effect on the issue the next thing I'd try would be to reinstall the game content. Your progress would be tied to your account, so you won't need to start from scratch.

    I tried both, the hard reset and uninstall/install. Neither worked. Anything else we can try?
