10 trial only lasted 2 hours
Subscribed to EA Play to get the 10 hour trial of Madden 25. Trial only lasted 2 hours. Also, impossible to get ahold of anyone from EA to help me...

I just wanted to explain that in some cases, the trial may appear to have expired prematurely when the game was launched early during the download process, or when the game wasn't fully closed. The trial time runs out even if you are on the menu screen or if the game is running in the background. Unfortunately, we are unable to reset the remaining trial time once it has been used.
No it even says only 2hrs played. I have a subscription to EA Play. I am still owed another 8 hours...
