Account banned - EA play Subscription cannot be cancelled
Hello guys and gals,
my account has been banned without any specific reason. I am now interested in cancelling my EA Play subscription as I can no longer use it. It's ridiculous that you have to proactively do this yourself. But as soon as the account is banned, the provider doesn't seem to want you to deactivate your monthly payment yourself. At least it is no longer possible to cancel on the account management page (https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/subscription/index). Support is also slow to respond and ineffective.
Need help!
You may not be able to cancel a subscription while banned.
