Active EA Play subscription not showing up in profile

Question

I have active EA Play subscription on Steam active from Sept 21, 2023 but I am unable to claim my in-game EA FC 24 rewards. When I logged in to my EA Profile on web it shows I don't have the EA Play subscribed at all which is ridiculous. Please EA, just get me what I paid for.
