Apex - Missing item from a pack

Hi, Not sure if relevant here...but my son opened a pack and was missing an item... Surely he should receive a replacement pack or even choose an item?   ...he really feels the missing item was ...

Thank you for the reply.

I had asked in a chat and made a case, but they said couldnt help as was an issue with the game code but he would let the relevant team!  He advised I created a case here though hence coming on and seeing if anyone could help...

I had 3 issues,

 - no reward applied for his EA reward for being EA Play member.  I spend a good hour EACH month requesting this and need to send the same info!  So not really an award...should get an extra reward for dealing with the chat members every month!  I have saved the text document and screenshots in a separate folder so hopefully next month will be a bit quicker!

 - no 200 level reward charm given - apparently you get a weapon charm for reaching 200?

- missing item from the pack.

After an hour of showing all the documents uploaded confirming he had EA play, the adviser was able to help with the first issue and applied the missing loading screen to the account, but wasnt able to help with the other two...

I can and will make another case though and see how we get on..
