banned for no reason

the only game i play is nhl 23. for years now. my psn name has been x8_kucherov_6x for years now. i have used the name kuch or kuchy in short for kucherov for years. yesterday i got banned for using the name kuchy which does not make sense to me. i have never been banned in my life as i do not resort to that kind of behaiour. i hope ea recognizes this and restores my account. ea dropped the ball on this one. should have done its research before banning clients without any sort of communication. please restore my account. this is not right.

We're not able to assist with bans directly here on AHQ.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.

Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.

Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.

Choose your platform.

Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.

Click Select contact option.

Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

I already reported it and opened a case. But I also know this will not get resolved and ea will make me serve the 3 day suspension. So I am just posting over here to raise awareness so in the future this might be dealt with differently and not just ban a client without any conversation.
