Bought FIFA 23 yesterday. Now my account is banned and EA says the order failed.

I bought FIFA 23 yesterday on PC, and I was charged as well. The order was complete, I still have the receipt. I just got an email 10 minutes ago that my order from yesterday failed, and when I tried...

    You need to appeal any ban with our TOS team using the steps I shared above @Somebody0812.


    There is nothing else you can do right now.

@EA_Darko Why did this even happen in the first place? How come I lose a game I paid for? And I didn't even get a refund, this is crazy. And now I'm banned too?

You need to direct any questions around a ban to our TOS team @Somebody0812.

    @EA_Darko Okay, is there any way I can request a refund as well? Apparently a ban means I can't live chat as well, so EA has my money and I have no game, baffling.
