Can’t buy ea play

I try all the methods that everyone listed, I try resting the password, unlink my account, change paying methods yet it won’t work I wait about a few months still nothing so Idk what I can do to get it at this point

    @Flamingwolflord, gotcha! So when you're trying to make a purchase on a console platform (so PS5 in this case) and you run into an issue with the purchase, the best thing you can do is trying to get in touch with Sony PlayStation Support, as they are the ones responsible for purchases made through their console. This is their website: https://www.playstation.com/support/.

    Thanks for the post.

    Do you maybe know why you can't buy EA Play? Do you get an error message?
    And on what platform are you trying to purchase EA Play?

    I’m on ps 5 and every time i try to buy it, it would say  indefinable error occur so i don’t know what’s up
