Can I play StarWars Jedi Survivor on EA Play Pro, using Nvidias Geforce now?

Hey peeps im wondering about the new Jedi Survivor game. I dont have a high powered console or computer but im wanting to play the game. It seems that the game is available on EA Play Pro right? I just signed up for a nvidia geforce now account, which allows me to do cloud gaming, and they say that I can attach an EA Play Pro subscription to it. So my thought process would lead me to think that game would then be available to play? Or would there be no access? I dont want to pull the trigger on getting another subscription unless i can actually play the game with nvidia. Plus it makes no sense for me to buy the game if i dont have a console or computer to support it locally. What do yall think?

  • @tqr31y8qdiwm  Jedi Survivor is available through EA Play Pro (that's how I'm playing it), and in theory, that should work fine with Geforce Now.  However, there are some issues around how GFN assigns virtual computers that might not have been fully ironed out.  The main problem is the "too many computers have accessed" error because EA servers identify the systems GFN uses as distinct, so you can be signing in with the same account and on the same device and still be flagged as using a number of different computers.

I think that overall, this probably won't be a major issue unless you're looking to play in several different sessions in quick succession.  And the lockout from this error is 24 hours, so it's easy to reset.

For what it's worth, I think JS is an excellent game.  It would definitely be worth the $15 for one month of Pro, even with the risk that the setup doesn't work properly, if I didn't have it already.
