Hey @mico1411 if you son is on an underage account then he will be unable to access any games above a certain age level.
If the account is set to adult then it's not possible to add restrictions to it.

Hi @EA_Darko , thanks for the reply. I'm a non-gaming parent trying to work out a whole new world!
I might just have to just purchase EA Play and see what I can do. I'm thinking that a child account would restrict the game choice but wouldn't be able to purchase the EA Play subscription because of the spending restrictions. So I'll have to purchase EA Play using an adult account and then make him promise not to download anything over PEGI 12!

Hey @mico1411 the best thing I can recommend is to try some of the games yourself or even to sit in and watch your son play. Playing online with friends and family is a great bonding experience and I've even got my mom playing the odd game and she's enjoyed them all bar Resident Evil 7 in VR which resulted in a console and TV nearly ending up on the floor.
