can not activate with my provided EA account

I am playing Battlefield 5 from EA Desktop Beta. Using EA Play that gained from Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. When I try to start the game, It says They can not activate with my provided EA account and ask me to log in with the Origin account. I tried several times logging in but useless, it just keeps recurring to me.

    If you're still having any trouble I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

  • I have had exactly same issues, after doing some digging i realised my EA play/origin email was not the same one i use for my game pass etc, so i switched the emails and boom it worked.

    check you havent registered another account in the past to your game pass email though as i had lol so had to shift that to another alternate.

  • Thanks man, though I'm pretty sure I'm using the same email since I can see that in my origin account, EA Play is accessed by XGPU. It is just that BFV is not in my origin library and that's so weird.
